Medicaid EHR Program Incentives and Technical Assistance are still Available

M-CEITA, Michigan’s Regional Extension Center (REC), is the go-to resource for providers throughout the state in need of Promoting Interoperability/Meaningful Use (PI/MU) support.

Your practice will work with an M-CEITA representative to achieve PI/MU, for Modified Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. Our team can help your practice navigate the complexities of meeting each measure and serve as a liaison for any vendor or attestation issues. Our Client Services Managers will perform a PI/MU gap analysis, help explain volume eligibility requirements, answer program questions, help with CQM selection, assist with public health reporting requirements and give portal implementation guidance. Additionally, we will conduct a Security Risk Analysis, recommend corrective actions, as necessary, and assist with the attestation process.

It’s not too late to receive technical assistance from our program and continue or re-engage with PI/MU. Providers participating in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program are eligible to earn a total of $63,750 in incentive payments over a 6-year period which ends in 2021.

Please see the M-CEITA MU/PI fact sheet for more information.
